The Director - IT Services will lead the company’s technology strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. He/She will be responsible for building scalable and secure technology solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in fintech, banking technology, digital payments, and emerging technologies to support the company’s expansion, including EV distribution. Key Responsibilities: • Technology Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the company's technology vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Product Development & Innovation: Lead the development of cutting-edge fintech and banking correspondent solutions, including digital payment platforms, AI-driven analytics, and blockchain-based security systems. • Scalability & Infrastructure: Design and implement a robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure to support rapid business growth. • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure best-in-class security protocols, data privacy compliance, and regulatory adherence in fintech and banking operations. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business heads to leverage technology for market expansion and customer experience enhancement. • EV Distribution Tech Solutions: Develop digital platforms to support the new EV distribution vertical, including e-commerce, supply chain management, and digital financing solutions. • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team to drive innovation and efficiency. • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee relationships with technology partners, vendors, and third party service providers. • Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Plan and manage the technology budget, optimizing costs while ensuring top-tier performance. Key Requirements: • Education : B.Tech/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 15+ years in technology leadership roles, with proven expertise in fintech, digital banking, or payment systems.
