Director Engineering - IOT platform

You will be responsible for leading IOT platform projects and delivering on multiple projects from software conceptualization for new chipsets to product commercialization with customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Dealing with multiple life cycles of the project end-to-end - Hands-on tech experience in Embedded Systems, proficiency in coding, design, and implementation - Leading multiple projects simultaneously on Qualcomm chipsets - Working with Project Engineers, Technology Leads, Product Marketing, and business teams Qualification Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Strong development experience with C/C++ and good programming skills in Embedded Systems - Past experience working in Android/Linux/Windows areas for Embedded Products - Strong communication skills and analytics skills - Strong understanding of SOC systems and related concepts - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines - Hands-on experience with troubleshooting software and system issues - Strong aptitude, quick learner, self-motivated, willing to explore and work across various technology areas - Deductive problem-solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering experience - OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering experience - OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering experience - 4+ years of work experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Please note the additional details of the company are omitted in this job description.,
