Job Description

What you ll bring 13+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles, with at least 4+ years in a leadership position Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling & data warehousing solutions. Good understanding and track record of building Distributed services & systems in Data Management space Experience in conducting Build vs. Buy analysis to determine the best-fit solutions for data management, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessment, and evaluation of long-term scalability is strong plus Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving & decision-making capabilities. Experience with advanced data technologies, such as data virtualization, data cataloging, and AI-driven data management tools. Good understanding of Devops & Cloud environments Proficiency with data management platforms & ETL tools (Databricks, Cloudera, ODC etc) Familiarity with data governance processes and practices Proven ability to lead & develop teams, manage cross-functional relationships & communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience managing & strategising multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
