Director-Collections Strategy

Role Overview: As an Associate Director or Director in Collection Strategy at Lendingkart, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing global strategies for risk and collections across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, analytical insights, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and optimization of risk and collection strategies to enhance efficiencies and portfolio insights. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement risk and collections strategies to optimize collections and recovery rates, minimize delinquencies, and reduce loss rates across diverse markets. - Lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing collections processes efficiency and effectiveness, including digital transformation and automation. - Analyze portfolio performance and collections data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Build and maintain a robust framework for measuring and reporting on collections performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards. - Generate actionable insights from data to inform strategy adjustments and decision-making. - Develop and maintain regular reporting on the effectiveness of collections strategies and initiatives. - Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all markets. - Work closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and stakeholders to align collections strategies with broader business objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of collections strategy and MI analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in risk and collections strategy, risk management, or related areas, with a strong focus on global or multi-market environments. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making. - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. - Training in SAS/SQL knowledge preferred.,
