Description
As the Head of Marketing Platform Operations at BSI International, your primary responsibility will be to lead the Marketing Platform Operations function to execute and scale marketing technology solutions in alignment with the strategic brand and omnichannel engagement priorities. You will work closely with the CLS MarTech Product Owner to operationalize the product strategy, ensuring smooth delivery, governance, and adoption of marketing platforms. Your role will involve transforming platform capabilities into business-ready solutions by driving standardization, compliance, and operational excellence. Additionally, you will be accountable for developing a strong functional career path for associates and fostering a high-performing, agile, and collaborative culture aligned with BSI and CLS objectives. Based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, you will play a crucial role in aligning operational delivery with the long-term platform strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include executing and scaling marketing platform capabilities across International markets, ensuring readiness, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs and MarTech strategy. You will lead efforts in operational governance, compliance, adoption, and support of marketing platforms, driving training, onboarding, and change management initiatives. Collaborating with DDIT for platform delivery and support, you will establish standardized operating procedures and support models to ensure consistent platform operations and reduce fragmentation. As the ideal candidate, you should possess deep expertise in marketing technology, operational governance, compliance, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. Your proficiency in process standardization, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, platform strategy, and road mapping will be key to success in this role. Furthermore, your experience in agile and product management, change leadership, digital innovation awareness, data privacy, risk management, and servant leadership will be highly valuable. The key performance indicators for this role include platform operational readiness, governance and compliance, adoption and enablement, operational efficiency, innovation, standardization, and scalability, as well as performance monitoring and optimization. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 18+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or MarTech roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or finance, familiarity with Agile delivery models, vendor management, and data privacy compliance will be advantageous.
