Desired Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience delivering data science solutions and services.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Ability to stay updated on AI/ML advancements and prototype innovative solutions.
Good to have experience in Healthcare Or Insurance.
Having experience with GenAI is an add on.
Strong problem-solving skills to engage with clients and structure discussions around unstructured challenges.
Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes.
Thought leadership in data science, positioning yourself as a technical decision-maker.
Track record of identifying new opportunities, expanding existing ones, and converting capabilities into revenue streams.
Experience leading and mentoring teams across multiple clients and projects.
Hands-on development expertise in Python, R, or Spark for building and reviewing advanced analytics models.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data systems (Hadoop, Snowflake).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
