Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring for Direct Channel Sales where the candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating business through direct sales activities, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through direct customer acquisition
Meet potential clients and understand their financial needs
Sell insurance/financial products through direct field sales
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/ATS

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (BFSI preferred)
Graduation is mandatory
Good communication and presentation skills
Must be comfortable with field work
Local market knowledge preferred
