Position: Direct Sales Executive
Location: Palakkad
CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales of financial products and services within the local market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve business targets.
• Identify new prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
• Ensure excellent customer experience while meeting sales goals.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience preferred (field sales experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Local candidates will be preferred.
