Grade: Trainee Engineer Location: Perundurai Department: Production Eligibility Criteria: Candidates without arrears. Education: Diploma in Mechanical (DME) only Role Synopsis: Get trained on Mechanical Function, technical knowhow, timely delivery of production targets by executing the Production Plans Key Duties & Responsibilities Should be part of maintenance team and get trained on preventive and predictive maintenances Collaborating with the planning team to align raw material availability and production schedules. Monitoring production timelines and recommending adjustments to optimize output. Assisting in quality checks during production to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Identifying workflow inefficiencies and proposing improvements. Supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing practices Assisting in monitoring equipment performance and coordinating with maintenance teams. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and PPE guidelines. Working with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to align production goals with business objectives. Learn ERP like SAP and get hands on experience in SCADA.
