Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operator to join our team in Bargarh, Odisha. This position is open to freshers with a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment and machinery according to established protocols.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the plant.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and performing basic maintenance when required.
• Adhere to quality control standards and ensure operational efficiency.
• Report any faults or discrepancies to supervisors and assist in corrective actions.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology.
• Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is an advantage.
