Role & responsibilities

Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operation of production lines.
Monitor and maintain quality standards to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
Train and mentor production team members to optimize performance and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments such as, Industrial Engineering ,maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance to achieve production targets.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employee
