Job Description

As a motivated Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 01 year of experience, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day engineering operations in a manufacturing environment. Your role will involve various tasks such as production activities, machine maintenance, quality checks, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in machine operation and production planning. - Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Support senior engineers in improving workflow and productivity. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues in machines and equipment. - Perform routine preventive maintenance as per schedule. - Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment performance. - Conduct basic inspections using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauge, etc.). - Record inspection results and support quality audits. - Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards. Qualifications: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from a recognized institution. - 01 year of experience in a similar role (freshers are welcome). Additional Details: - Good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals. - Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, machining, welding, etc.). - Ability to use measuring and inspection instruments. - Willingness to work in shifts if required. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
