Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite. This role contributes to the Digital Solutions Engineering function in the India Region. Main stakeholders include customers, project teams, and business representatives. You will be mainly accountable for: . Software Development & Implementation: Convert high-level requirements into detailed designs and implement MES solutions following best practices. . Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform complex diagnostics on MES infrastructure, software, and interfaces to ensure seamless operations. . Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions for enhancement. . Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with customers during implementation and support phases while participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing. . Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain product development documentation to ensure clarity and traceability.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in automation and MES project execution.
• Proficiency in C#/.Net, WPF/XAML, WCF, WinForms, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS, ReactJS with knowledge of Web Services (REST, WSDL/SOAP), database engines (MSSQL), and source control (TFS).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze processes, and create detailed designs from high-level objectives.
• Experience in MES implementation in process industries with a background in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Additional knowledge of C/C++, OPC (DA, HDA, UA) & COM, PLC/DCS, and UX design is beneficial.
