Digital Service Leader

As a Digital Service Leader at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency in our operational and engineering functions. Your responsibilities will include leading two teams dedicated to leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform for productivity tools and pioneering automation solutions using AI/ML, LLMs, and other emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor two teams of engineers focused on Business Operations tools development and AI/ML Automation. - Provide expert technical guidance across the software development lifecycle and maintain high standards for architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of applications and dashboards using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint. - Drive the development of innovative solutions to automate complex engineering, process, and operational workflows using AI/ML, LLMs, and data analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project scope, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software development with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and AI/ML concepts. - 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, demonstrating the ability to lead technical teams effectively. - Practical experience with AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks, with experience in implementing solutions using LLMs being highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
