Digital Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Digital Product Manager at Montefiore, you will be responsible for ideating, developing, delivering value, and evolving digital products to enhance patient access and experience, empower clinicians in delivering care, and provide operational leads with the necessary tools. Your focus will be on creating tangible solutions that improve patient access, reduce clinician burnout, optimize operations, and deploy analytics thoughtfully. Your role will involve leading other managers, forming effective teams, and creating a conducive work environment that encourages team members to excel and contribute beyond their regular duties when needed. Additionally, you will inspire individuals and the organization to embrace change, facilitate targeted communications to help associates navigate changes, and define success metrics for product features. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage effective teams, fostering a culture of excellence and encouraging team members to go above and beyond. - Drive change management initiatives by inspiring individuals to embrace change and assisting them in understanding and adapting to new processes. - Identify and measure success metrics for product features to ensure continuous improvement and impact assessment. - Proactively identify new ideas, test and validate methods quickly, and own the product vision and roadmap aligned with broader product or journey goals. - Coach end-users to enhance their comfort with digitally enabled operational experiences. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, secure buy-in, manage expectations, and adapt to meet stakeholder needs effectively. - Evaluate team performance, provide performance management, and ensure the delivery of top-tier services and products to clients. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of demonstrated experience as a Digital Senior Product Manager in a complex enterprise organization. - Proficiency in working with various digital solutions and comfort with ambiguity in defining user challenges. - Successful track record in leading complex operational and technology deployments for end-users. - Strong quantitative aptitude, ability to identify value drivers for digital efforts, and develop compelling business cases. - Experience in managing professional-level staff, familiarity with Agile development, business analysis, and process improvement methodologies. - A Master's degree is preferred, and prior experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
