SAP S/4HANA Treasury Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the treasury functions within our steel manufacturing company. This role ensures efficient financial planning, cash management, risk mitigation, and treasury operations, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities to align with business goals

Preferred candidate profile

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Management:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Treasury modules. - Ensure successful integration with existing financial systems.

Cash & Liquidity Management:
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and monitoring. - Optimize liquidity through effective management of cash resources.

Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks. - Recommend and implement hedging strategies as needed.

Treasury Operations:
- Manage bank relationships, treasury workflows, and payment processes. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for senior management. - Assist in developing treasury performance metrics and KPIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and procurement teams. - Assist in the training and development of team members on SAP S/4HANA capabilities

Preferred Skills:
- Professional certification such as CFA, CTP, or equivalent. - Experience in the steel manufacturing sector. - Familiarity with international banking and financial markets.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably within the manufacturing industry. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury modules is required. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
