DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINE OPERATOR

Full job description

* Operate and monitor digital printing machines to produce high-quality prints.

* Review job orders and specifications to ensure accuracy before printing.

* Perform machine setup, color calibration, and adjustments for consistent print quality.

* Inspect printed output for defects such as color mismatches, streaks, or misalignment.

* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing machines.

* Manage digital files, layouts, and print queues using relevant software.

* Ensure proper use of materials (inks, toners, paper, fabrics, etc.) with minimal wastage.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Coordinate with designers, production, and quality teams to meet deadlines.

* Follow safety standards and company policies during all operations.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Digital Printing Operator or in a similar role.

* Knowledge of digital printing processes, materials, and equipment.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with print software

* Strong attention to detail and ability to detect print quality issues.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

* Physical stamina to handle print materials and operate machinery.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in digital printing .

* Knowledge of color theory, finishing processes, and print design basics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
