Executive / Manager – Digital Performance Marketing

Job Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns for our clients across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Amazon Advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console end-to-end.
  • Expertise in PPC, remarketing, display, shopping, YouTube, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Perform A/B Testing, campaign performance analysis, and optimization across channels.
  • Monitor and improve SEO, SERP rankings, link building, and organic traffic growth.
  • Delivery and coordination of web design/development, email marketing (ThinkEmailer.com), and SMS marketing (ThinkSMS.net) projects.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams of web developers, graphic designers, and marketing executives to deliver seamless campaigns.
  • Interface with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, understanding campaign objectives and ensuring timely updates.
  • Track key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, digital tools, and media buying platforms.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong grasp of digital analytics, performance tracking, and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and tech-savvy with a passion for measurable marketing.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English) and client servicing ability.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, Flash, Web Hosting is a plus.
  • Prior agency or performance marketing experience preferred.
  • Only candidates currently residing or working in Mumbai should apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,014.42 - ₹60,742.38 per month
