Digital Network - Associate SME

Role Overview: As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing overall network technology for the business, including planning and executing new technology rollouts, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with vendors and industry experts to propose improvements. Your role will involve ensuring the readiness of the team from a technology standpoint, implementing technical methodology improvements, and adhering to defined processes for ticket resolution and escalation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall network technology for the business, including planning and executing new technology rollouts - Identify and troubleshoot network issues, decide on actions for resolution, and refer to knowledge bases for known issues and resolution steps - Escalate complex or unknown issues to L3 Network SME and coordinate troubleshooting process, including collaboration with 3rd party network vendor technicians - Update tickets regularly with information gathered from vendors, customers, troubleshooting, and resolution steps - Prepare detailed reports on the plan of action for existing tickets, follow escalation matrix, ensure SLA adherence, and propose opportunities for improvement in the network environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA - Certification in technologies such as VNX300, RCPE Professional-Level Certification in WAN Optimization, NSE4, CCNP Data Center, CCNP Enterprise, CCNP, ECMS2, or ECMS2 - Experience in Technology Management, Network Support, and troubleshooting - Strong skills in Cisco R and S Network, Fortigate SDWAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco DNAC, and Viptella SDWAN administration at different support levels (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
