Role Summary:
Yuva Rural Association (YRA) is looking for a Digital Monitoring MIS Coordinator to design, manage, and strengthen organization-wide MIS systems while supporting field-level project monitoring. The role combines data management, Excel-based reporting, and regular field engagement to ensure accurate and timely project data for decision-making and donor reporting. Key Responsibilities: ? Design and implement standard MIS frameworks across projects ? Manage Excel trackers and Google Forms–based data collection ? Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting ? Develop simple dashboards for project progress and budget tracking ? Conduct field visits for data verification and staff support ? Train project teams on MIS tools and reporting formats Qualifications Skills: ? Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development / Social Work / Development Studies / Agriculture / Environment ? Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) ? Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Drive ? Understanding of NGO project cycles and donor reporting ? Willingness to travel extensively Experience: 2–5 years in development projects or MIS-related roles (Candidates with strong Excel skills and field exposure preferred)
