What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Marketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designCollaborate with regional and local teams to ensure content is timely, relevant, and aligned with specific market needsProactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes in the content calendar, and work with internal teams to resolve these issues quickly.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content delays, publishing errors, or technical problems with scheduling toolsEstablish efficient processes for managing and addressing urgent content requests, ensuring minimal disruption to the overall publishing schedule.Work closely with design, content creation, community management, and analytics teams to ensure that all posts are on track and in alignment with campaign goals.Ensure smooth communication across teams regarding content deadlines, changes, and content-related requests.Serve as the primary point of contact for any scheduling or publishing concerns, ensuring that all teams are aligned on timelines and expectationsEnsure that all posts are correctly tagged, categorized, and include appropriate metadata (hashtags, mentions, etc.) to improve visibility and engagement.Ensure that content is optimized for search engines, following platform-specific best practices for tagging and SEO to maximize reach and engagement.Review and approve all metadata before content goes live, ensuring consistency across all posts.Track the performance of published content on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reporting on key metrics such as engagement, impressions, and reach.
What are we looking for? Oversee the daily scheduling and publishing of approved content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) using tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Buffer, etc.Ensure that content is scheduled to meet optimal posting times based on audience insights, platform algorithms, and campaign objectives.Ensure all posts are published as per the agreed-upon timelines, maintaining operational efficiency and consistency.Lead the quality check process for content, reviewing posts for spelling, grammar, visual consistency, accuracy of hashtags, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.Implement operational best practices to streamline content review, ensuring all content is polished and aligned with brand tone and messaging.Create and enforce clear guidelines for the content team to follow during the review process to ensure operational efficiency and consistencyManage and update the content publishing calendar, ensuring content is scheduled according to campaigns, product launches, and market-specific needs.Ensure the calendar is continuously monitored and updated to avoid content overlaps, gaps, or scheduling conflicts.Provide operational feedback to the content and analytics teams based on post-performance, suggesting optimizations to improve engagement.Report on content trends, performance issues, or opportunities for process improvement based on real-time metricsContinuously assess and improve the operational processes related to content scheduling, publishing, and quality assurance to drive efficiency.Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring the content publishing workflow is as efficient as possible.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content publishing and quality control to ensure consistency and minimize errorsProvide operational support for any urgent content requests, last-minute campaign changes, or content-related emergencies.Support the team in addressing issues that may impact content delivery, providing quick solutions to maintain the schedule.Help maintain a smooth workflow for content creation, approval, and publishing as necessary.
