What would you do?
Compliance & Brand Guidelines:Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, and regional compliance requirements Work closely with legal teams to enforce contracts and ensure influencers maintain transparent relationshipsPerformance Monitoring & Reporting:Track and report on influencer program performance, budgets, and KPIs Provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams to drive improvements in influencer operationsProcess Improvement:Continuously evaluate and optimize influencer management processes, implementing tools and systems to improve campaign execution and overall operational efficiency

What are we looking for?
Experience5+ years in influencer marketing or operations with a proven track record in managing multi-market campaigns
Skills:
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills Proficient in influencer management tools and marketing platformsCompliance KnowledgeIn-depth understanding of influencer marketing regulations, including FTC guidelines and contract managementAnalytical & Problem-SolvingStrong analytical skills with the ability to optimize influencer strategies based on data and feedback

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Influencer Sourcing & Management:Lead the end-to-end process for influencer sourcing, onboarding, and management Oversee the recruitment, vetting, and contracting of influencers to ensure they align with brand goals and market needsClient Liaison & Market Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for global brand teams and local markets Ensure seamless communication and alignment between internal teams and influencers across multiple regionsTeam & Resource Management:Manage team capacity, workflows, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns across markets Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
