Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate leads for security and housekeeping services.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to promote services and build credibility.
• Handle SEO and Google Ads to increase search visibility and website traffic.
• Create content (posts, blogs, case studies) relevant to security services, facility management, and industry trends.
• Update and manage the company website; coordinate with designers/developers for improvements.
• Run email marketing campaigns to reach out to corporate and commercial clients.
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and prepare monthly reports.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B service industries.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
• Understanding of local SEO, keyword research, and content strategy.
• Ability to communicate professionally with a business audience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing for security agencies, manpower services, or B2B service providers.
• Knowledge of video marketing (short reels for team/workplace).
• Basic design skills for creatives (social media posts, flyers).
