Role Overview: You are invited to apply for the position of Business Head at Shiftwave Technologies. This role is exclusively tailored for graduates from IIT, IIM, NIT, or IIIT with a strong background in computer science, engineering, or management along with 2 years of experience. If selected, you will closely collaborate with the Founder & CEO, gaining direct exposure to business strategy, operations, and client management while holding a leadership position within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Founder to comprehend and implement the company's strategic roadmap. - Supervise and coordinate major initiatives spanning Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web Development, and Technology Operations. - Lead innovation, optimize performance, and ensure client success across various business verticals. - Offer insightful leadership and promote teamwork among diverse teams. - Take charge of impactful projects focusing on measurable results and organizational advancement. Qualification Required: - Graduated from IIT/IIM/NIT/IIIT (Background in Computer Science & Management is a must). - Possess 2 years of professional experience (Internships, research projects, or entrepreneurial exposure will be highly regarded). - Display exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills. - Demonstrate strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Show a strong desire to progress into a Business Head role.
