APPOINTMENT LETTER FOR INTERNSHIP Date -16.06.25 SUBJECT: Appointment of as " Equity Derivative trandor Intern "at Visko HR PVT LTD". Dear Mr/Ms Vansh Manish Jain. , Based on the interview at “ ELITES CAPITAL “ we're pleased to appoint you in position as Equity Derivative trader Intern for under our internal Financial Department . This appointment will be effective from June 2025 to July 2025 . During the mentioned period of internship, you will undertake roles and responsibilities delegated/assigned to you by Mayuresh and you will report to HR. Your appointment period revision, your absorption in company on permanent role will depend on your performance and company requirements and will be solely the organization decision. You will not be liable for any type of leaves during your internship. Any leave taken will attract Loss of Pay or extension of internship period. In case you intend to quit before your internship period ends or you wish to discontinue at any point of employment, we expect you notify the organization 15 days in advance. In case you quit without intimating the company on or before your end date of internship, you will not receive the stipend of that effective month and neither you will receive Internship Certificate. By accepting this letter of appointment, you agree to all the company terms and policies prevalent at present and which may be introduced/modified periodically.
