Key Responsibilities

• Google Ads:
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research and A/B testing.
• LinkedIn Ads:
• Strategize and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns to reach B2B or professional audiences.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust based on campaign objectives.
• Build and manage LinkedIn lead generation funnels.
• Graphic Design & Visual Content:
• Collaborate with the design team to create ad creatives, banners, and social media visuals.
• Ensure branding consistency across digital campaigns.
• Basic design work using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics and tools.
• Experience in or exposure to graphic design and ad creative development.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canvas, Meta Ads (bonus), etc.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
