Digital Marketing Trainer

As a Digital Marketing Trainer at our organization located in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in imparting knowledge and expertise in digital marketing to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training sessions that cover a wide range of digital marketing topics, ensuring that students not only grasp the theoretical concepts but also gain practical skills. Your key responsibilities will include designing and conducting training sessions on various digital marketing areas such as SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and analytics. You will be expected to develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assignments to keep the curriculum relevant and engaging. Additionally, you will need to create a comprehensive curriculum that reflects the latest industry tools and technologies, as well as design practical assignments and projects to enhance hands-on learning. Mentorship is an integral part of this role, where you will guide and support students, providing feedback on their assignments and assessing their progress. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing to share real-world case studies and industry best practices with the students. You will also be responsible for conducting tests, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student learning and provide regular progress reports to the management. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Canva. A strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, and experience in training or mentoring will be an added advantage. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching, sharing knowledge, and possess strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
