Job Description

The Digital Marketing Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training on various digital marketing modules, preparing students for industry roles, designing training materials, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating learner performance. The trainer must stay updated with current industry tools, trends, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

  • Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions for students on all Digital Marketing modules.
  • Teach core topics including SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Web Analytics, and WordPress.
  • Provide hands-on training using live projects, tools, and real-time case studies.
  • Guide students in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Curriculum Development

  • Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
  • Continuously update the curriculum based on industry trends and new tools.
  • Create practical tasks and real-world project scenarios.

Student Support & Evaluation

  • Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and practical activities.
  • Provide feedback, mentorship, and support to learners.
  • Monitor progress and ensure all students meet learning outcomes.

Industry & Tool Knowledge

  • Stay updated with the latest updates in Google algorithms, social media trends, paid ads, and new technologies.
  • Train learners in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, and WordPress.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
  • Coordinate with academic counselors and placement teams for smooth training operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Experience in live project handling is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
