### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Digital Marketing Trainer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing and a strong passion for teaching and mentoring. You will be responsible for delivering training sessions on various digital marketing modules to students, professionals, or corporate clients.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on topics such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Analytics, and more.

* Create and update course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with current industry trends.

* Conduct live sessions (in-person or virtual), workshops, and one-on-one mentoring.

* Monitor trainees’ progress and provide feedback and support to help them improve.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques.

* Engage participants with interactive teaching methods and real-world examples.

* Customize training content based on audience needs (students, working professionals, corporates).

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Proven work experience (2+ years) as a Digital Marketer and/or Trainer.

* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

* Ability to simplify complex topics and teach in an engaging, interactive manner.

* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching tools is a plus.

* Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) preferred.

### **Preferred Qualities:**

* Passion for education and upskilling.

* Adaptable, patient, and proactive teaching approach.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
