About the Role

VR1 Media is looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Internship Trainee to support our global outreach for premium acting classes. You will work closely with our marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that engage aspiring performers worldwide. This role offers a hands-on environment where you will build real world skills in digital advertising, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms
• Support email marketing efforts by drafting newsletters, managing lists, and tracking open/click-through rates
• Conduct market research to identify audience segments, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Help optimize website content for SEO and ensure all pages are up to date
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce graphics, videos, and blog articles
• Learn to use digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing concepts
• Familiarity with social media trends and a creative mindset for content ideas
• Comfortable using analytics tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Interest in performing arts or acting training is a plus
• Any prior experience creating social media or blog content is advantageous
