Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing Organic Lead Generation and Social Media Marketing strategies with the team. Your responsibilities will include generating Organic leads through various social media handles, defining requirements, tasks, and resources associated with Online Branding and SMO, monitoring team performance, motivating team members to achieve all goals, recognizing high performance, rewarding accomplishments, mediating and resolving conflicts or issues, suggesting and organizing team building activities, and working towards achieving individual as well as team targets. Qualifications: - Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate. - Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative. - Knowledge of Global Market (Forex & Comex). - Fluent English Communication, Sales & Marketing Skills required. - Should be self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. - Experience in International Sales, Marketing, Global Market, and Financial Services will be preferred.
