About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Team Lead / Assistant Manager who can take ownership of client accounts and lead digital campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have full-stack digital marketing knowledge (SEO, paid ads, social media, content, design coordination), proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage a 2030-member team while handling clients directly.

This is a senior role suited for someone who can balance execution + strategy, + leadership.

Role & responsibilities

Client Handling & Account Management

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients; manage expectations and deliverables.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and results.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2030 digital marketers
  • Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide feedback, upskilling, and guidance to team members.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and engagement growth.
  • Guide content writing and graphic design inputs to maintain brand standards.
  • Track KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROI, organic traffic, engagement rates).

Data & AI-Driven Marketing

  • Use analytics to generate insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools for reporting, creativity, automation, and workflow efficiency.

Internal Contribution

  • Support leadership with reporting dashboards, campaign analysis, and proposals.
  • Participate in internal marketing and branding projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

  • 46 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven record of US client handling and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy (primary expertise area).
  • Good understanding of SEO, paid ads, content, and design coordination.
  • Experience in team leadership of 20–30 members in a service-based company (not product-based).
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools & automation platforms is a must.
  • Flexible in night shift

Good to Have

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or HubSpot.
  • Industry exposure in insurance, finance, or consulting sectors.
  • Ability to design SOPs, reporting structures, and process improvements.
