Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email campaigns, social media strategies, and display advertising campaigns. Additionally, you will design, develop, and manage our social media presence, ensuring its consistent maintenance. Your role will involve measuring and evaluating the performance of all digital marketing initiatives and comparing them against predefined goals such as ROI and KPIs. You will also be expected to identify trends, gather insights, and adjust marketing strategies to enhance performance based on these findings. Brainstorming innovative growth strategies and executing experiments and conversion tests will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize user experience and create effective landing pages will be essential. Furthermore, you will use your analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints, optimizing user funnels and conversion points. Working closely with agencies and vendors, you will evaluate emerging technologies and provide guidance on their adoption. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field and have a proven track record in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns is required. Your creativity will be crucial in identifying target audiences and crafting engaging digital campaigns. Proficiency in optimizing landing pages, conducting A/B and multivariate experiments, and utilizing website analytics tools like Google Analytics is essential. Familiarity with ad serving tools such as DART and Atlas, as well as experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, will be advantageous. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development is preferred. Strong analytical capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and staying updated on the latest online marketing trends and practices are key attributes for success in this role.,
