• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals and brand identity.
• Campaign Management: Plan, produce, and distribute high-quality text, video, and image content optimized for platform-specific algorithms.
• Community Cultivation: Foster interactive relationships with our audience, influencers, and industry peers to increase brand loyalty.
• Paid Social (Optional/Preferred): Set up, manage, and optimize small-to-medium scale paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated portfolio of growing organic social channels or managing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, HubSpot, etc.) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Intermediate-to-advanced skills in content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or advanced video editing).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative briefs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
