Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, developing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and enhancing the company's online presence and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, knowledge of social media trends, and hands-on experience in content creation, graphic designing, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Ensure regular page updates and consistent brand communication.
• Monitor social media activities, audience engagement, and page growth.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Branding

• Develop creative digital marketing strategies to improve the company's online presence.
• Promote domestic and international travel packages, offers, and services through digital platforms.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and new marketing opportunities.
• Work on improving brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing strategies and social media trends.

3. Content Creation & Graphic Designing

• Design attractive social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional posts.
• Create and edit Instagram Reels and short-form promotional videos.
• Develop engaging captions, promotional messages, and travel-related content.
• Use designing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic designing applications.
• Work with video editing tools to create engaging visual content.
• Generate creative ideas for travel promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.

4. Page Engagement & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions across social media platforms.
• Track social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media activities and marketing performance.
• Maintain regular communication with the audience and ensure timely responses.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
• Graduate in any stream (preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience in managing business social media accounts.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar graphic designing tools.
• Knowledge of video editing and Instagram Reels creation.
• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
• Excellent creative thinking, content development, and designing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple marketing activities.
• Experience in the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
