As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, driving brand visibility and engagement across various online platforms. Your expertise in digital media, content creation, and data analysis will be instrumental in crafting compelling campaigns, optimizing our online presence, and ensuring our brand message resonates with our target audience.

1. Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:

   • Plan, implement, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, search, display, and email marketing.
   
   
   • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
   
   
   
   


2. Content Creation and Management:
   
   
   
   • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, videos, infographics, and more.
   
   
   • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure high-quality and consistent content.
   
   
   
   


3. Social Media Management:
   
   
   
   • Manage and curate content for social media channels, scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
   
   
   • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Masters degree a plus).


• Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital strategies.


• Experience with graphic design, video editing, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
