Role-Senior Digital Marketing Executive/Digital Marketing Specialist

CTC- 3.6-5 LPA(Based on experience)

Location-Coimbatore

We are seeking a results-driven 360 Digital Marketing Expert who can strategize and execute campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and sustainable growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads (PPC):

• Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
• Maximize ROI by ensuring optimal conversions for every rupee spent.

Meta / Instagram Marketing:

• Design and execute ad campaigns from awareness to engagement to conversions.
• Develop engaging creatives, reels, and high-performing ad sets.

Data & Analytics (GA4, GTM):

• Set up and monitor campaigns using GA4, GTM, and attribution models.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

Omnichannel Growth:

• Manage end-to-end funnels across Search, Social, Email, Remarketing, Affiliates, and UGC.
• Build product-specific strategies for key offerings (Tension Fabrics, Media Walls, Light Boxes, etc.).

Experimentation & CRO:

• Run A/B tests to identify and scale winning strategies.
• Improve conversion rates, retargeting effectiveness, and customer funnel performance.

Who You Are

• 25 years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing for e-commerce.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 (certifications preferred).
• Strong command of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Analytical and data-driven with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive, competitive, and eager to experiment and scale strategies.
