Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist laocated in Trivandrum, Technopark Campus. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, analyzing web traffic data, and developing online marketing strategies. The individual will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement.

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, engagement, and conversions through effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords.
  • Execute on-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure improvements.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, page speed, and mobile usability.
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including ethical link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, generating actionable insights.
  • Optimize for local SEO, including Google My Business, citations, and local keyword targeting, where applicable.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to implement SEO changes and resolve technical issues.

Google Ads:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about Google Ads trends and best practices.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content and manage social media accounts to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Analyse social media metrics to refine strategies and enhance performance.
