What drives us?

-Online Monitoring: Track and monitor online reviews, mentions, and feedback about CARS24 on social media, review sites, and other online platforms.

- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally across all social media platforms, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Content Ideation: Assist in creating content that addresses customer concerns, promotes positive brand messaging, and engages our audience.

(6-12 months of experience on Reddit and Quora is a must)

- Strategy & Research: Support the development and execution of strategies to enhance our online reputation, including social listening and competitor analysis.

- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze data from ORM activities, track trends, and prepare reports to help improve our digital reputation.

- Crisis Management: Assist in identifying potential issues and implementing response strategies to mitigate risks.

What are we looking for?

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable spelling and grammar.

- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficient in using social media platforms and familiar with online review sites.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing, and social CRM.

- Positive attitude, proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with ORM tools (e.g., Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Mention) is a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

- Previous internship or work experience in digital marketing is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
