You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and selling our suite of digital marketing services to prospective clients. This is a target-driven role with a strong focus on generating revenue and contributing directly to the company's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand clients' business goals, marketing challenges, and target audience.Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored digital marketing proposals that address client needs, showcasing our expertise in services such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing, and accurately track all sales activities and client information in our CRM system.Achieve Monthly Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close new business deals to meet revenue targets.Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, industry news, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery and client satisfaction.
