Digital Marketing & PR Executive

June to September

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Primary Role Year-Round):

Plan and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Design and run paid advertising campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Monitor digital analytics, track campaign performance, and generate reports
Collaborate with the creative team for designing visuals and marketing collateral
Respond to online inquiries and maintain brand consistency across platforms

Public Relations (Seasonal June to September):

Travel occasionally to schools in Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai to represent SpellBee
Deliver engaging presentations on our Strategic Language Enhancement Programme (SLEP) and national-level competitions
Serve as the face of the brand during parent-teacher meetings and school events
Address questions, share the vision of SpellBee, and build rapport with school communities
