Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager from
D2C / FMCG / Beauty & Personal care / Cosmetic brands.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media trends, a passion for storytelling, and strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
This role is critical in shaping our online presence and connecting with our target audience through compelling content.

Skills:

4+ years of experience in social media management.
Should have exposure to D2C / FMCG / Beauty & Personal care / Cosmetic brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.) and their respective audiences.
Proven track record of successful social media campaign development and execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and experience in reporting and analysis.
Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
