Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also involves managing customer service interactions to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining detailed records of all marketing activities and customer interactions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
