Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies.
• Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI on all campaigns.
• Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior marketers to achieve department goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 23 years of experience in a digital marketing company.
• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
