Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with healthcare industry standards and compliance regulations (HIPAA, etc. if applicable).
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, social media, and healthcare-focused platforms.
• Create content strategies tailored to healthcare audiences—patients, providers, insurers, and B2B stakeholders.
• Manage website performance, landing pages, and digital assets to optimize for traffic, conversions, and user experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, patient acquisition cost).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, RCM/Operations, and Healthcare SMEs) to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends, compliance regulations, and digital best practices.
• Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing associates/executives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's preferred.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in the

  US healthcare industry

  (provider, payer, hospital, RCM, or healthcare IT).
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, healthcare-specific platforms).
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.), and CRM systems.
• Exceptional content development and storytelling skills, especially for healthcare audiences.
• Ability to analyze and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in healthcare marketing (HIPAA, FDA guidelines, etc.) is a strong plus.
