Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital presence across social media platforms, Meta Ads, website, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and advertising campaigns, be proficient in Canva, and know how to leverage AI tools to improve content creation, marketing productivity, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage all company social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars, plan campaigns, and ensure consistent posting.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, comments, messages, and overall page performance.

2. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing

• Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Handle audience targeting, retargeting, campaign budgets, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, ROI, and lead quality.
• Generate reports and recommend improvements based on campaign data.

3. AI-Powered Marketing

• Effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered content and creative platforms.
• Use AI for content ideation, captions, campaign planning, copywriting, research, and creative development.
• Explore AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance marketing performance.

4. Canva & Creative Content

• Create professional marketing creatives, brochures, presentations, social media posts, and advertisements using Canva.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate video editing and reel production, with the ability to create basic videos independently.
• Ensure all creatives meet quality standards and campaign requirements.

5. Website Management

• Maintain and update the company website with relevant content, images, service information, and landing pages.
• Coordinate website improvements, SEO activities, lead forms, and conversion optimization.
• Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and lead-generation performance.

6. CRM & Lead Management

• Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate lead entry, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Monitor leads generated through Meta Ads, social media, website forms, and other digital channels.
• Track lead status, conversion rates, and campaign-wise performance.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion.

7. Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Track KPIs, campaign results, engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in Canva and social media creative development.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for marketing, content creation, and productivity.
• Experience managing websites and working with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics, lead generation, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple platforms, and meet deadlines.

Preferred / Additional Advantage

• Photography and professional photo-shooting skills.
• Experience shooting and editing reels, promotional videos, and brand content.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation.
• Experience with WordPress or other website management platforms.
• Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish digital content.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent digital presence, running effective Meta campaigns, generating quality leads, keeping the website and CRM updated, and using AI-driven workflows to improve marketing efficiency and business results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
