Digital Marketing Manager
2. Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified leads.
- Plan digital campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify new digital opportunities, technologies, and platforms to enhance performance.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
, social media ads, and remarketing campaigns. - Drive lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, cost per lead, and conversion metrics regularly.
Social Media Management
- Develop content strategies and oversee daily posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with designers/content teams to produce engaging creatives, reels, and videos.
- Track engagement, follower growth, and brand sentiment.
SEO & Website Management
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, backlink quality, domain authority, and overall site health.
- Work with developers to fix technical SEO issues and enhance website performance.
Content Strategy
- Plan and guide blog articles, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital brochures.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, keywords, and market trends.
- Use data to refine content topics based on audience behavior.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM dashboards, etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering leads, conversions, traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Branding & Online Reputation
- Monitor and manage brand presence on Google reviews, social media, and digital communities.
- Execute ORM (Online Reputation Management) strategies to strengthen brand credibility.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead a small in-house digital team (designers, content creators, interns).
- Manage external agencies and marketing vendors when required.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and creative production.
3. Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or relevant fields.
- MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing certification(Added Advantage).
Experience
- 4–8 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Google & social media).
- Experience in B2B/B2C industries, ecommerce, or tech-driven sectors is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest
- Google Analytics, Search Console
- Email marketing tools: Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
