Digital Marketing Manager

Role summary

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience planning and managing paid digital campaigns. Hands-on advertising experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is compulsory for this role. The candidate should also have working knowledge of SEO and be able to track campaign performance, improve results, and coordinate marketing activity with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audience targeting, and lead quality across all three platforms.
• Test ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign results.
• Track key metrics and prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams or external partners on campaign content, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Support lead generation and other marketing goals through paid campaigns.
• Apply SEO knowledge to support website visibility, content optimization, keyword research, and organic traffic growth.
• Conduct competitor and audience research to identify campaign opportunities.
• Keep up with platform changes and recommend relevant improvements to campaign strategy.

Required qualifications and skills

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is compulsory.
• Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Ability to plan, manage, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns.
• Comfortable reviewing campaign data and communicating performance insights.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and marketing tools.

Preferred experience

• Experience generating leads for design, interiors, architecture, construction, or related services.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, landing page optimization, and remarketing.
• Familiarity with content planning and organic social media.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
