Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, storytelling, and performance marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will play a key role in strengthening our online presence, driving audience engagement, and delivering measurable growth through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, display, and web
• Develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and content in collaboration with creative and content teams
• Manage social media platforms, including content calendars, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Execute paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Optimize website and landing pages for traffic, engagement, and conversion (SEO/SEM best practices)
• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, online campaigning, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, ad dashboards)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Creative thinker with a balance of strategic and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video, or content creation tools
• Experience working on advocacy, political, nonprofit, or brand campaigns (if relevant)
