About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies, strengthen the company's online presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through various digital channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.
• Oversee social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Manage website content, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies for marketing initiatives.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign insights to management.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools.
• Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of website management and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience in managing digital marketing teams and external agencies.
